Our industry-leading software provides the Common Platform for product data management by interfacing with all types of CAD models and measuring devices in real-time, enabling manufacturers to seamlessly and fully conduct the functions of part design and machining. Verisurf software combined with your measuring device provides a simple 3D Gage for quickly and accurately measuring parts and comparing them to the nominal CAD model.

Real-Time, Real Power

Verisurf Measure provides a complete set of simple-yet-flexible tools for print-based feature inspection and part-characteristic analysis. Real-time feature calculation displays shape geometry and form errors to provide the user with `live’ inspection results from virtually any 3D measuring device.

Interfacing in real-time with any measuring device including stationary and portable CMMs, laser trackers and scanners, and various others – Verisurf Measure lets you easily measure features from precise single points to point clouds. Set unique GD&T constraints, see the device graphically displayed on your screen and use smart tools that automatically recognize and display features while you are measuring.

For enhanced accuracy and ease of use, Verisurf Measure also includes FeatureAlign and AutoAlign. Use FeatureAlign to align the part to the device based on measured features and datums. Use AutoAlign to align the device directly to the CAD model. These new, innovative features allow you to store alignment schemes and automate inspection routines to guide the device through inspection. Plus, you can easily create intuitive, visual HTML or Excel-based inspection reports.
