AV450+ CNC Multi-Sensor Vision System

The AV450+ CNC multi-sensor vision based system offers a granite base, 18″ x 14″ x 8″ travel, Z-axis measuring, powerful Quadra-Check software control system, 12:1 zoom optics, several LED or fiber optic illumination options, standard machine pedestal with computer cart and the capability to add optional touch and laser probes. These systems are multi-purpose CNC measurement systems, ideal for quality assurance, inspection labs, manufacturing, assembly and research facilities. A precision mechanical bearing X-Y-Z stage and column translates video, touch probe and laser data accurately and repeatably to the Quadra-Chek software. This versatile floor standing system is precise and powerful!
